Superior Interrupting Capability 

The unit structure with variable clearance applied in this series of products can meet all switching requirements. The effectively designed arc-extinguishing chamber can withstand both the severe rate of rise of recovery voltage during near-zone faults and the high recovery voltage peaks during out-of-phase interruptions. When switching inductive current, the overvoltage is less than twice the operating voltage, and no restrike or reignition occurs when switching charging current.

Reliable Insulation and Current-Carrying Capability 

Due to the isolation of SF6 gas from the atmosphere, the breaker has reliable insulating capabilities. SF6 gas does not deteriorate over time and simultaneously protects the insulators within the gas. It also protects the contacts from oxidation and other chemical reactions, as SF6 gas is stable and inert when used with most other materials.

High Reliability 

This series of products has passed all type tests at the National High Voltage Apparatus Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The mechanical life is 3000 operations without adjustment and 10000 operations with lubrication and adjustment permitted. It also passed the electrical endurance test, breaking 20 times at rated short-circuit breaking current (40kA/50kA/63kA) during type testing.

Performance-Oriented Operating Mechanisms 

The spring mechanisms and pneumatic mechanisms provided with the circuit breaker are professionally manufactured by the Sino-Japanese joint venture Xiling Company, ensuring excellent performance. The hydraulic mechanisms provided with the circuit breaker also offer high reliability.

Minimal Maintenance Required 

The breaker, constructed with a unit structure, has fewer breaks and parts, significantly reducing inspection and maintenance work. Thanks to the advanced technology and excellent performance of the operating mechanisms, almost no maintenance is required.

Outstanding Earthquake Resistance 

The porcelain SF6 gas circuit breaker has a simple structure and is lightweight, thereby enhancing the safety of the breaker during seismic events.
